Close but not really

They say in a 100 mile race, you're not halfway until around mile 75. Some would argue the halfway point is more around mile 95. I guess this thing is no different.

Staying positive.

  1. Patrick, don´t give up. You are a very good runner, you are not alone, people all around the world follow you. After you finshed your race you realize how big this is. It will be a memory for life. I have only bright memories after finishing my coast to coast run in 2007, I feel like a millionaire after that trip.
    Keep on running!

  2. Things are always the toughest at the end of the day when you are tired. You looked tired in the video, too.
You have so many people rooting for you. Yes, now is when it becomes a mental game. One minute at a time and one day at a time. You can do this. Think of the children and their journey. Many face a LIFETIME of suffering and they can't opt out. You can do this!

  3. I totally get it....this is a point in which you will look back and say, "That was my turning point, I learned a lot about myself that day; on that trip." Now the question is, what is it that you want the answer to be....

  4. Patrick,

Hang in there! You are an inspiration to me an so many others. I will call or text today. Maybe you need a little company from some family. I can find sometime to travel with you and give you some much needed rest in a hotel. Just hang in there...you are so close. aunt marie
